Please note that this is a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your spot on the trip. You will still need to book your spot once official bookings are open. Early bird pricing will be $3600, and will start on Friday, September 27th, and end on Friday, October 11th. Regular pricing will be $3800, and will start on October 12th. This deposit will be applied to your overall cost upon booking.

FAQs
What airport do I fly into?
You will fly into Placencia Airport (PLJ). However, you have to take a puddle jumper flight from Belize City to get there. That airport is Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE).
Will this trip cater to specific diets?
It is not 100% guaranteed but please let us know your specific dietary restrictions and your chef will do their best to cater to your needs.
What if I don't have a roommate?
No problem! We'll pair you with another guest.
Will I need to take a COVID test in order to attend?
Every country will have their own COVID entry requirements, and we will let you know this but we also recommend you to check as well. You will most likely need to present a COVID test and/or prove that you are vaccinated. It is also your responsibility to check the COVID entry/transit if you are traveling through another country. We also recommend getting medical/travel insurance as we are not responsible for these fees.
What time does the welcome dinner start?
The welcome dinner will start between 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Please choose flights that will allow you to make the welcome dinner. More details will be emailed upon approval.
Is there free time outside the itinerary?
Each itinerary is different. Some may be more fast-paced than others, please read the destination webpage to see if there is a disclosure for the trip. This will state the pace of the trip.
What will I be responsible for handling?
You will be responsible for your flight, and any other travel requirements needed. For example, visa costs, medical/travel insurance, etc.
As mentioned in our terms, you will be responsible for travel/medical insurance. We highly recommend purchasing insurance to protect you from flight cancellations, any medical assistance needed while abroad (COVID testing and etc).
If I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
Please note that deposits are non-refundable, unless we are canceling the trip on our end. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
